The UTM VersaPro is an advanced electromechanical test machine designed for asphalt binder and mix testing.

The UTM VersaPro is fitted with an EMT1 electromechanical actuator offering up to 150mm of stroke. This replaces conventional pneumatic or hydraulic actuators, resulting in minimal subframe and specimen movement. The outcome is a more stable test setup with better protected LVDTs and other sensitive transducers.
- Testing frequency ranges from static conditions up to 30Hz, depending on the configuration selected.
- The system pairs seamlessly with our standard temperature-controlled cabinet, supporting a temperature range from -25°C to +70°C.
- LVDTs and other transducers can be swapped easily thanks to uniform plug and play connections, saving technicians time during setup and calibration.
- As a UTM VersaPro for unbound materials, the machine supports both standard and custom testing procedures, covering static, dynamic, compressive, and tensile applications.
- Please note that testing temperature is dependent on ambient conditions and remains subject to the temperature limitations of the actuator and test fixtures used.
