It precisely maintains the temperature of up to 10 viscometer tubes at once, which are used to measure the viscosity of liquid petroleum products. An integrated heating and stirring system keeps temperature stability and uniformity ultra precise, holding steady at ±0.02 up to and including 100 °C, and ±0.03 above that.

Built with stainless steel internal components throughout, the bath is designed for long term durability. Its generous 40 litre capacity also means shorter temperature recovery time after loading, so you get better sample throughput without the wait. Each aperture comes with its own cover too, helping to minimise heat loss when the bath isn’t in use.

On top of that, the bath features a toughened glass front window, an easily accessible drain valve, integral back lighting, a top plate, and provision for reference thermometers and attachments. LED lighting inside the bath makes it easy to view the viscometer tubes clearly, even during extended testing sessions.
