About the Role
Lead end-to-end delivery of turnkey laboratory projects from design through commissioning for high-profile clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget and quality
- Coordinate with design, procurement, installation and QA/QC teams
- Own client communication and stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Architecture / Lab Sciences
- 5-8 years managing lab fit-out or MEP turnkey projects
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
