Need a furnace that works horizontally, vertically, or tilted at an angle? The PTF Series tube furnace does exactly that.
Most tube furnaces make you work around a fixed orientation. The PTF Series flips that around. You can run it horizontal, vertical or tilted to whatever angle your process needs, and the temperature environment stays stable no matter which way it’s set up. That kind of flexibility opens the door to a much wider range of lab work than a standard horizontal tube furnace could handle on its own.
Standard models cover 1100°C up to 1600°C, using a mix of wire and silicon carbide heating elements depending on the process. The SiC heating rods sit parallel to the working tube, which keeps temperature spread even along the whole length and, just as importantly, makes replacing them a lot less of a hassle when the time comes.
Whether your work calls for horizontal tube furnaces for continuous processing or vertical tube furnaces for gravity fed or drop style experiments, this series adapts without forcing you to compromise on temperature control or uniformity.
