Qatar Petroleum required a complete petroleum testing laboratory to be designed, built, and commissioned within a tight 6-month timeline. The lab needed to meet ISO 17025 standards and handle high-throughput testing.

BDH Middle East delivered a turnkey solution including lab design, furniture, instrumentation, and full commissioning. We coordinated with multiple global partners to source and install 50+ analytical instruments.
Our scope included custom lab furniture design, fume hood installation, utility planning, and comprehensive staff training programs.
The Outcome
The laboratory was delivered on time and within budget. All 50+ instruments passed validation testing with zero defects. The facility achieved ISO 17025 accreditation readiness at handover.
